My name is Payton Thornton. I was born and raised in Plainview, Texas. I love to sing and act. I started acting when I was 6 years old with simple church productions. In 2006, I got my first big break. I was to play the role of Thor Waldgrave in The Nerd by Larry Shue with the Wayland Baptist University college theatre students. A year later, I was called upon to act in Shadowlands by William Nicholson at the Spencer Theater in Alto, NM. I was to play to the child lead, Douglas Gresham. Over the years, I have acted with FUMC Plainview, Plainview HS, and I have attended theatre camp for 6 years. I have Performed in 1 opera, too.
